Performance
Power by the Numbers
580 Horsepower
The dual electric motors on LARIAT® and Platinum® models put out more horsepower than the V8 on an F-150 TREMOR®. In fact, so do the XLT model’s motors, at 452 horsepower.
775 Pound-Feet of Torque
Electric motors can deliver maximum torque starting from zero RPM. That makes it available almost instantly to help you get up to speed — even when you’re hauling a full load.
0–60 in 3.8 Seconds
F-150® Lightning® LARIAT® boasts a 0–60 time nearly as quick as the 2025 Mustang® Dark Horse™. The sports car does have it beat — by just 1/10 of a second.
320 Miles
Depending on the model, F-150® Lightning® trucks offer up to 320 miles of EPA-estimated battery range to help you power through average days and unexpected detours.
Results based on comparison between 2025 F-150® Lightning® Lariat® with a maximum manufacturer-tested 580 hp and 2025 F-150 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine with a maximum manufacturer-tested 400 hp, on manufacturer testing using computer engineering simulations, and on comparison between 2025 F-150® Lightning® Lariat® with a manufacturer-tested 0–60 mph time of 3.8 seconds and 2025 Mustang® Dark Horse™ with 10-Speed Automatic Transmission with a 0–60 mph time of 3.7 seconds.. Calculated via peak performance of the electric motor(s) at peak battery power. Your results may vary. Tow Technology Package
These standard advanced features help simplify the towing experience, so you can spend more time actually using whatever you’re towing.
Pro Trailer Backup Assist™
With Pro Trailer Backup Assist, reversing is almost as easy as turning a knob. Just enter a few measurements into the system, calibrate the trailer, then rotate the knob in the direction you want the trailer to go while the system controls the steering wheel.
Pro Trailer Hitch Assist™
Perfect for when it’s just you and your pickup. Just press and hold the button, and the system automatically takes over — steering, accelerating, and braking for you as it guides your truck into place for easy hitching to your conventional trailer.
Trailer Reverse Guidance
Trailer Reverse Guidance uses a sensor attached to the trailer to detect the angle of the trailer relative to the towing vehicle, and provides instructions, graphics, and camera views on the touchscreen.
Smart Trailer Tow Connector
The Tow Activity feature on the Digital Instrument Cluster can alert you to everything from battery problems to issues with your trailer’s turn indicator and brake lamps.
Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment, and need to control the vehicle. It does not replace safe driving. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.
